The 2mm silk screen printing color glass cabinet door is a kind of decorative glass made of "float glass" after "700℃ high temperature semi-tempered treatment" and then "silk screen printing" combined with boards. Its hardness is close to the tempered glass, thus possess a high brightness and scratch resistance and widely used in cabinets, kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom vanity, and other furniture cabinets. We have a national patent for this technology.

The substrate can adopt Oriented Strand Board that is called OSB board: the imported pine small diameter wood is used to cut into uniformly-sized chips. After being fully dried, it is bonded with aldehyde-free waterproof MDI glue for directional pavement, which has a stable structure, no deformation and good moisture resistance. At the same time, the nail holding force and static bending strength are better than similar plates on the market. The formaldehyde emission amount is only 0.01mg / m³, which is better than the national standard and reaches the European P2 environmental protection level.

The front of the glass is bonded by a fully automatic gluer. The neutral silicone structural adhesive is driven between the substrate and the 2mm silk screen printing color glass through multiple layers to ensure the firmness of the bonding and enhance the sheet water resistance. Neutral silicone structural adhesive is widely used in the production of glass curtain walls, has excellent aging stability, and has a service life of up to 50 years.

Add silicone grease layer on the side (cutting surface of substrate), inject silicone waterproof layer immediately after the substrate is cut, and then use PUR glue imported from Germany for edge sealing treatment. Prevent moisture from seeping into the substrate from the cut surface of the substrate to cause expansion or deformation.

The back balancing layer makes the stress on the front and back sides consistent, preventing deformation caused by inconsistent front and back stresses during long-term use.
